Employee Experience and Communications Partner

  • Drive innovation in internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Employee Experience and Communications Partner to join our Organisational Development and Employee Experience team.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this role will lead the design and delivery of best-practice communications and employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement, foster belonging, and bring our culture to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as a communications partner to key business areas, crafting and executing end-to-end strategies
  • Create compelling content across channels—newsletters, intranet posts, executive messaging, presentations, and events
  • Maintain communications calendars and stakeholder maps, identifying opportunities for innovation
  • Lead employee experience projects and events that foster connection and engagement
  • Support and coach senior leaders in delivering impactful communications
  • Continuously improve communications and experience strategies using data, feedback, and insights
  • Champion our employer brand and help shape a consistent and engaging employee experience across the organisation
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years’ experience in communications, People & Culture, or organisational change, ideally within financial services
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, HR, Organisational Development, or related fields
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across all levels
  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide engagement initiatives and events
  • Tech fluency across comms platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office suite)
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences
  • Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
