Optiform Pty Ltd in Ballarat is seeking a Graduate / Early Career Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy across the lifespan under structured supervision.

You will join a multidisciplinary team providing services including speech pathology, occupational therapy and more, delivering care in clinic, school and community settings with a focus on client-centred outcomes and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Eligible for current NDIS Worker Screening; police check; Working with Children Check.
• Experience with a varied caseload through placements or prior employment.
• Experience across paediatric and/or adult practice areas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention and therapy services across a mixed caseload.
• Deliver services in clinic, community, school, home and telehealth environments.
• Apply sound clinical reasoning and maintain client safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation and reports.
