Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Macquarie store to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive sales and KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, manage visual merchandising, stock, rostering, and ensure a safe, compliant store. The role offers leadership development, team discounts, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, ASM).
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow leadership skills.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Familiar with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
