Job summary

VicVet in Whittlesea, VIC, is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to deliver emergency and critical care in our new hospital. Join a team that values mentorship, collaboration and ongoing development within Apiam’s national network.

You’ll work with experienced clinicians and a dedicated ECC nursing team, with a mix of sole-charge and team shifts. A veterinary degree registrable in Victoria (BVSc/DVM or equivalent) and interest in ECC are required, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• BVSc/DVM or equivalent veterinary degree registrable in Victoria.
• Experience in emergency and critical care or strong interest in ECC.
• Clear, independent and team-based communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency and critical care as part of the ECC team.
• Work with ECC nurses and wider clinical team to manage cases.
• Participate in a mix of sole-charge and team-based shifts with strong clinical support.
