Centre for Animal Referral & Emergency (CARE) is a 24hr multidisciplinary veterinary hospital in Collingwood, Melbourne, seeking an experienced ECC Vet to join a busy team and deliver high-quality patient care.

We offer permanent part- or full-time roles with flexible hours, shadow shifts, 10–12.5 hour shifts across 24 hours, generous hourly rates, up to 5 weeks annual leave, and ongoing professional development in a supportive environment close to public transport.

Qualifications

• DVM degree with Veterinary Registration in VIC essential.
• Experience in an emergency veterinary setting is desirable; attitude is valued.
• Interest in routine and emergency surgery is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Treat primary accession and referred cases for ECC, and share care of hospitalised patients.
• Assist with ICU cases and collaborate with multiple specialist disciplines for best outcomes.
