Job summary

WiSE Medical is a walk-in specialist emergency clinic on the Gold Coast seeking a Radiographer to perform diagnostic imaging, including X-ray and CT, in a high-pressure environment such as ER and OR. The role requires proficiency with radiographic equipment and a patient-centered approach.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, NSW EPA Radiation Licence, and a minimum of 3 years’ radiography experience, plus WWCC.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and NSW EPA Radiation Licence.
• Tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging Technology (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiographer.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Evidence of immunity in accordance with NSW Health Category A requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including general X-RAY, CT imaging.
• Work independently and collaborate within a wider multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ALARA principles and ensure safe health care measures.
• Ensure patient-centered care, open communication and accountability.
