Job summary

MedRecruit Limited seeks a locum medical practitioner in Broken Hill, NSW, to cover 11–25 January 2027 in a 98-bed hospital.

Must be FRACMA and hold current AHPRA registration; weekend or public holiday work may be required. Travel and accommodation are provided, and you will join a multi-disciplinary team serving the NSW outback.

Locum cover is required from 11 - 25 January 2027.

Located in a classic outback town with heaps of personality, this 98-bed hospital is a major referal centre for the region. It provides a range of inpatient and outpatient services including caner care, gynaecology, mental health and general medical and surgical services.

The recent $30-million upgrades and redevelopments have been completed, with an upgraded oncology unit and ambulatory wing reconfiguration. A Royal Flying Doctors Base is also located nearby.
