Job summary

STAT Recruitment is seeking a FACEM to lead the Emergency Department in Bathurst, NSW. The role requires FACEM certification and will involve in-charge responsibilities across senior shifts, with travel and on-site registrar support.

Critical credentials include an ALS certificate and NSW WWCC. Travel and accommodation are provided, with NSW Health requirements to complete mandatory training prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Emergency Department as FACEM in charge.
• Senior shift coverage: Tue 15th Dec – Senior Evening 1400–0000; Wed 16th Dec – Senior Day 0800–1800.
• Support from registrars on site and senior staff between 0800–0000.

Job description

On the banks of the Macquarie River in the Central Tablelands of NSW, the vibrant regional centre of Bathurst is rich with history and gold rush heritage. With Mount Panorama-Whaluu rising in the distance, its also the home of Australian motor racing and a hotspot for motorsport enthusiasts.

This hospital consists of an emergency department and inpatient beds, as well as community health services. Also located on site is Daffodil Cottage, which provides cancer care services.

Position: FACEM Required
FACEM in charge
$3,000/daily

MUST HAVE:

Shift Details:

• Tue 15th Dec – Senior Evening 1400 – 0000
• Wed16th Dec – Senior Day 0800 – 1800

Support:

• Registrars onsite
• Senior support between 0800 – 0000
