Qualifications

• ED SRMO role requirement for supervised practice and broad exposure to Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Assessing Emergency Department patients.
• Requesting and interpreting appropriate investigations.
• Developing and implementing patient management plans under supervision.
• Providing high-quality clinical care.
• Working collaboratively with senior medical staff, nursing and allied health teams.
• Participating in quality improvement activities.
• Contributing to clinical governance within the Emergency Department.
• Participating in weekly education and professional development.
