Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in an Emergency Department.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in adult and/or paediatric emergency nursing.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to remain calm in fast-paced settings.
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and emergency nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Manage acute and life-threatening conditions in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and paramedics.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
• Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to quality improvement and ongoing education.
