Job summary

The Northern Sydney Local Health District seeks a dedicated Research Nurse to join the Royal North Shore Emergency Department on a temporary part-time basis. You will support study enrolment, up-skill study champions and coordinate follow-up of outcomes for both Virtual Care and admitted patients.

You will also act as the primary study database manager and contribute to developing research capability within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice principles; prior clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with study enrolment and coordinate enrolments with participating teams.
• Upskill study champions and ensure timely notification of enrolments.
• Coordinate follow-up of outcome measures for Virtual Care and Trauma Service.
