Job summary

Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration to practise as a nurse.
- Postgraduate qualification in a clinical field or education.
- Experience in education programs in acute care settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide education, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff to support safe staffing principles and best practice care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective change management and workforce development initiatives.
- Build staff confidence and capability through targeted education and support programs.
- Assist with the Safe Staffing Initiative implementation in the Emergency Department.
- Promote high-quality, patient-centred care by embedding safe staffing practices into daily operations.
