Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland’s Buderim Private Hospital on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join the Emergency Department on a permanent part-time basis (minimum 0.6 FTE). You will deliver person-centred care, apply clinical knowledge and risk management, and lead with strong communication under time pressure while coordinating ward loads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Emergency Department.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated leadership, support and mentorship.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritise ward clinical load.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements.
• Interest in leadership and willingness to obtain required vaccinations.
