Site Ware Direct is seeking an embroidery operator to manage embroidery machines on site, assist with garment packing and stock maintenance, and support timely order processing. The role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong customer service focus.

You will work with Barudan Z Series machines, undergo onsite training, and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery. A team-oriented, safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate Embroidery machines (Barudan Z Series) and receive onsite training.
• Carry out machine maintenance and embroidery/garment packing.
• Move stock, perform heat press duties and use label maker.
• Support sewing and stock maintenance as needed.
• Process orders promptly via email and coordinate with Sales.
• Maintain embroidery files (digital/physical) and liaise with team.
