Job summary

i-Pharm Consulting seeks a Mid-Level Software Engineer for a medical device company specializing in cardiac electrophysiology equipment. You will design, develop and maintain software modules in C and C++, and build intuitive GUIs using XAML/WPF.

Work in a fast-paced, regulatory environment, translate clinical requirements into efficient software, debug and optimise performance, and contribute to safety-critical systems. Collaboration with hardware, QA and clinical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Extensive experience in C and C++ development; strong GUI experience with XAML/WPF.
• Experience debugging, performance optimisation and code reviews; agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software modules in C and C++.
• Develop intuitive graphical user interfaces using XAML/WPF.
• Translate user and clinical requirements into efficient algorithms and software logic.
• Debug, test, and optimise code for performance and reliability.
