Job summary

ILSC Education Group is seeking an Activities Coordinator to support English language learners across courses including ELT and elective classes. You will teach multimodal ELICOS sessions, contribute to student progress and welfare, and lead welcome events and campus activities.

Based in Sydney, you will work with a team of coordinated staff, engage with the broader community, and participate in professional development to uphold ILSC’s values.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Cambridge CELTA or Cert IV TESOL (or equivalent).
• Excellent understanding of TESOL methodology, programs, and assessment practices.
• Experience with online learning management systems and multimodal delivery.
• Demonstrated focus on CPD (English Australia CPD Framework / NEAS CPD Points).
• Experience leading student engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Teach multimodal (face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid) ELICOS classes; roaster and hours vary by operational need.
• Collaborate with Head Teachers and other teachers; prepare and upload lesson plans.
• Provide formative feedback and progress reports according to ILSC guidelines.
• Attend and participate in sessions, PD, and staff meetings; support student welfare.
• Lead events and coordinate student orientation and school tours.
• Coordinate and promote CSR events and liaise with Marketing for brand building.
