Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-end restaurant or events.
• Capable of carrying 3+ plates in a busy setting.
• Outgoing, friendly and guest-focused.
• Polished presentation and strong communication.
• NSW RSA competency card and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium service in high-end dining environments.
• Assist with guest seating and course service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and attend to guest needs.
