Job summary

Fairfield Community Schools is seeking an Elementary 5th Grade Head Girls Basketball Coach to lead a spirited junior varsity program at Fairfield Jr-Sr High School. The role emphasizes strong coaching, safety, and student development within a dynamic school environment.

The coach will work with the Athletic Director and varsity coaches to execute practices, organize schedules, and promote positive leadership in sport.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Have at least a high school diploma or GED
• Must be trained to drive Activity Bus
• Must complete 5 mandatory online NFHS Learn courses prior to the first practice
• Complete and pass an Expanded Criminal Background and CPS Check

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based upon experience
