Job summary

Mack Technologies is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual, mechanical and functional inspection of PCB assemblies, plastic and sheet metal components, and sub-assemblies to confirm conformance with customer specifications.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read drawings and blueprints, and familiarity with IPC standards and ISO 9001 practices. You will document results and support continuous improvement on production lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inspection experience in electronics manufacturing.
• IPC-A-600/610/620 certification is required.
• Familiar with reading detailed drawings and written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, mechanical and functional inspection of PCB assemblies and related components.
• Enter data in log books and internal systems in real time.
• Ensure conformance to customer specifications and document quality results.
• Interface with engineers and arrange documentation for first articles as required.
• Maintain ESD integrity and clean work area; follow ISO and job procedures.
