Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product assembly, wiring or cable-making is highly desirable.
• Practical mindset with good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to hand-tool and power-tool with care, plus perform basic equipment checks.
• Commitment to safe working habits and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on assembly of products and circuit boards per build instructions and diagrams.
• Basic testing of finished assemblies with standard test equipment.
• Quality checks on dimensions and simple records of completed work.
• Troubleshooting minor assembly issues with supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and follow safety procedures.
