Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently looking for an experienced Electromechanical Tooling Technician to join our client’s team in Dubbo. The role includes a structured 8-week training in Newcastle, followed by relocation to Dubbo for ongoing work.

The candidate will maintain and repair tooling, perform fault-finding across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, and ensure equipment is calibrated and safe for use. Excellent teamwork and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical fault-finding within an electromechanical environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and inspect components.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality in workshop practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, repairing and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Fault finding across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment.
• Carrying out testing, safety checks and basic calibration.
