Job summary

Candii in Perth is recruiting for a FIFO Electrician to maintain and repair fixed plant electrical systems across mining operations. You will fault-find and diagnose breakdowns on processing plant equipment and perform preventative maintenance and component change-outs.

The role requires WA Electrical Licence (unrestricted) and a WA C Class or HR licence, plus 2+ years post-trade experience to ensure safety and compliance across duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-trade experience in fixed plant electrical systems.
• WA Electrical Licence (unrestricted).
• C Class or HR WA Licence.
• National Police Clearance (12 months).
• Be able to complete medical & drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fixed plant electrical systems.
• Fault-find and diagnose breakdowns across processing plant.
• Complete preventative maintenance and component change-outs.
• Work closely with Electrical Supervisor on daily tasks.
• Ensure all work meets safety and statutory standards.

• Previous fixed plant experience (desirable)

• High Voltage Switching (desirable)
• Australian Citizen or PR
• FIFO from Perth ONLY
• National Police Clearance (12 months)
