Rivina AU in Brisbane is seeking an ambitious electrician to join a small but growing electrical and air-conditioning business. You’ll take ownership of allocated jobs, work hands-on on electrical installations, solar/battery, and air-conditioning projects, and collaborate with two trade-qualified directors.

This full-time on-site role offers autonomy, daily problem solving, and opportunities to contribute ideas that shape how jobs are run and how the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for allocated electrical installation and replacement jobs.

• Solve practical problems, maintain quality and know when to ask for extra support.
• Work independently, with an apprentice or as part of a larger team as the job requires.
• Keep the directors informed and take ownership of completing work properly.
