Job summary

Aston Advantage in Bibra Lake, WA is seeking an Electrician – Switchboards for a casual, hands-on Leading Hand role in a workshop. You will lead a small team while actively building, wiring and testing switchboards, combining leadership with practical electrical work.

The ideal candidate is a WA A Grade Electrician with solid switchboard experience, capable of reading drawings, wiring, fit-off, testing and fault finding; prior team leadership or workshop coordination is highly regarded.

Electrician – Switchboards | Bibra Lake | $60 Per Hour Casual

Opportunity

Join a well-established switchboard manufacturer in a hands-on Leading Hand role. This is a workshop-based position where you’ll lead a small team while remaining actively involved in building, wiring, and testing switchboards. A strong mix of leadership and technical work, suited to someone ready to step up or already operating in a leading role.

Experience

WA A Grade Electrician with solid experience in switchboard manufacturing. Confident reading drawings, wiring, fit-off, testing and fault finding. Previous experience leading teams or coordinating workflow in a workshop environment is highly regarded.

Benefits

$55- $60/hr casual with a pathway to permanent. Stable Perth-based role with consistent hours.
