Volteam is seeking an Electrical Team Leader – Renewable Energy Specialist to drive advanced energy installations on residential and commercial projects. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safe, compliant and quality delivery across Solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging systems.

With a strong focus on mentoring apprentices and maintaining robust safety practices, you will work within a supportive team that values long-term career progression and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership on residential and commercial electrical projects.
• Advanced installation skills in Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging systems.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and electrical compliance requirements.
• Confident reading system schematics, SLDs and technical documentation.
• High-temperature troubleshooting and fault-finding capability.
• Proficient in digital job management, site reporting and compliance documentation.
• Professional client communication and on-site presentation.
• Ability to mentor apprentices and trades assistants effectively.
