Job summary

RED Appointments invites an experienced Switchboard Electrician to join a busy workshop in Unanderra, NSW. You will assemble, wire, test and manufacture electrical switchboards, reading schematics, laying out components, drilling and mounting to exact specifications, while collaborating with engineers and tradespeople.

Switchboard Electrician $50.73/hr plus overtime| Permanent Opportunity | Unanderra NSW

Our client is seeking an experienced Switchboard Electrician to join a well-established electrical switchboard manufacturing workshop located in Unanderra, NSW.

This is a hands-on workshop-based role with full accountability for the assembly, wiring, testing and manufacture of electrical switchboards, including reading and interpreting electrical drawings, component layout, drilling, mounting and final testing. You will take ownership of building quality switchboards to specification while working closely with electrical engineers, technical specialists and fellow tradespeople.
