Job summary

DTG Talent Solutions is seeking 4th-year electrical apprentices or recently qualified electricians for roles on commercial electrical and data cabling projects in Sydney. You will work across major commercial sites, installing, wiring and testing systems from plans and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 4th-year apprenticeship status or early-career electrical experience, with reliable, safety-focused work ethics and a willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• For candidates: 4th Year Electrical Apprentice or recently qualified electrician.
• Commercial electrical experience is preferred.
• Exposure to communications and data cabling is desirable.
• Strong trade skills with a safety-focused attitude.
• Reliable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Electricians & 4th Year Electrical Apprentices This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with an established contractor and gain broader exposure across commercial electrical and communications projects. For a 4th-year apprentice, it's an opportunity to finish your apprenticeship in a strong commercial environment. For a recently qualified tradesperson, it's a chance to broaden your technical skills and establish yourself as a commercial electrician.

The Role

Your work will include:

• Commercial electrical installation and fit-out
• Data and communications cabling
• Cable installation, containment and terminations
• Fault finding, testing and maintenance
• Working from plans and project specifications
• Working across major commercial and institutional sites

Hours & Locations

Standard hours are generally6:30am–3:00pm or 7:00am–3:30pm, with Saturday, afternoon and night work available when required.

Projects are located across theSydney CBD, Inner Sydney and Greater Sydney.
