Job summary

FWSR Group is seeking an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join the Mildura team. You will work on dry fire installation projects across Victoria, from hospitals to schools and industrial sites, as part of a skilled multi-disciplinary team.

You'll mentor apprentices, interpret electrical drawings, and ensure safety and quality on every job. The role involves travel across regional Victoria with generous overnight allowances and a company vehicle and phone provided.

Qualifications

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC) — essential.
• Experience in fire systems installation or commercial/industrial electrical work.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
• Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to obtain Police and Working with Children checks.
• Positive, can-do attitude and passion for your trade.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission dry fire systems, emergency lighting and related electrical works.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to complete installations to a high standard.
• Collaborate across trades on multi-disciplinary fire protection projects.
• Mentor apprentices and junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Travel to project sites across regional Victoria, with overnight allowances provided.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our growing Mildura team. You'll be working across a variety of dry fire installation projects throughout Victoria — from hospitals and schools to commercial and industrial sites.

You'll be part of a skilled, multi-disciplinary team including sprinkler fitters, plumbers, diesel mechanics and fire technicians, delivering quality installations and mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.
