You will interpret blueprints, perform installations, maintenance, fault-finding, and ensure safety across diverse electrical tasks. A company ute and fuel card may be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Licence required.
• Minimum 2 years post-trade experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in solar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and specifications.
• Install, maintain, and fault-find electrical systems and solar installations.
• Select and connect wires to terminals, use testing equipment to diagnose faults.
• Repair wiring and replace components; install switchboards and connect to power supplies.
• Maintain safety and deliver quality customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. Carry out new electrical installations, renovations, maintenance, and fault-finding. Select, cut, and connect wires and cables to terminals and connectors. Use electrical and electronic testing equipment to diagnose faults. Repair and replace faulty wiring and defective components. Position and install electrical switchboards. Connect electrical systems to power supplies. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication. Attend scheduled safety meetings and daily pre-start meetings. Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Essential Requirements Current Electrical Licence Minimum 2 years post-trade experience Minimum 2 years' experience working within the solar industry (highly desirable and advantageous) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Current Driver's Licence What's on Offer?
