Job summary

Direct Point Electrical Pty Ltd in Pakenham is seeking a standout, experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our local Melbourne South-East crew. Be part of a small business where you’ll work the 7:00am–3:30pm shift, enjoy majority local work, and receive a fully stocked van, tools and fuel card.

There’s a $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 12 months). You’ll lead and manage jobs, collaborate with the team, and contribute to high‑quality residential and light commercial

Qualifications

• Has strong residential electrical experience.
• Ideally experience with small commercial fit-outs.
• Reliable, motivated and efficient.
• Can confidently run and manage their own jobs.
• Has the ability to lead and manage apprentices.
• Has strong communication and customer service skills.
• Takes ownership of completing jobs efficiently and within allocated timeframes.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

$45–$60/hr – based on experience
