• Minimum 1 year relevant qualification is required as an Electrician.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands technical drawings, wiring diagrams, mechanical diagrams, and manuals.
• Uses these diagrams to complete electrical wiring work safely and correctly.
• Installs electrical systems and equipment such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Repairs and maintains electrical and electrotechnology systems when problems occur.
• Tests electrical equipment to make sure it is working properly.
• Measures and plans the order of electrical installation tasks.
• Choose the right wires and cables for each job.
• Cuts and connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical parts.
• Works on electrical systems in both homes and commercial buildings.
• Connects electrical systems and equipment to the main power supply.
• Tests electrical circuits for continuity and resistance.
• Checks that all work meets safety rules and electrical standards.
