About the Role
As part of our Maintenance and Engineering Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of our plant’s electrical and automation systems in addition to general maintenance tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs of electrical and automation systems.
- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLCs, SCADA, and industrial networks.
- Providing technical support for maintenance teams and projects.
- Assisting in identifying and implementing new technologies to improve reliability and safety.
- Participating in after-hours call-out coverage (on a rostered basis). Allowance Included.
What You Need to Succeed
- Current A Grade Electrical License
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fault-finding electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to troubleshoot complex process systems
- Ability to work both independently & collaboratively in a small, dedicated team
- Commitment to high safety standards & continuous improvement
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Citect SCADA & industrial networks
- Certificate III in Instrumentation (or working towards completion)
- Training & experience in Hazardous Area Wiring & Maintenance
- Understanding of pneumatic control systems
