Job summary

Green Field AG Solutions in the Gladstone region is seeking a skilled electrician to join our crew. You will work on electrical installs for new projects across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites, with a focus on irrigation systems, pumps, and control panels.

You'll perform fault-finding and repairs on motors and drives, read plans and diagrams, and carry out scheduled maintenance while keeping safety as a priority. A practical, hands-on approach and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Electrical work license required.
• Valid drivers license.
• Experience with pumps, motors, drives and control systems.
• Mix of project and maintenance experience.
• LVR/CPR and construction white card current.

Responsibilities

Green Field AG Solutions is a specialized electrical company providing reliable, innovative electrical services to the construction and agriculture industries. We install and support pump, irrigation and control systems, and offer project services and commercial maintenance in the Gladstone region.

We're on the lookout for a skilled and reliable electrician to join our crew. The role includes a great mix of project work and maintenance, with a focus on new fit-outs, irrigation systems, and pump/motor control.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Electrical installs on new projects (domestic, commercial, or industrial).
• Work on irrigation systems, pumps, and associated control panels.
• Fault-finding and repairs on motors, drives, and general electrical equipment.
• Reading plans, wiring diagrams, and working to standards.
• Performing scheduled maintenance and occasional breakdown callouts.
• Working safely and keeping compliance a priority.

What You'll Need:

• Current QLD Electrical work license, drivers license.
• Experience with pumps, motors, drives and control systems.
• A good mix of project and maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Current LVR/CPR, construction white card.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with VSDs, PLCs, or automation systems.
• Background in solar or control panel wiring.
• Welding and fabricating.
