Job summary

Top Cut Foods is a leading Australian meat producer inviting applications for an Electrical Technician to join our onsite maintenance team at Ormeau. You will maintain a busy meat processing facility, performing fault finding, preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to keep operations safe and efficient.

We are seeking a qualified electrician with hands‑on experience in ELV/LV systems, general electronics and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous electrical maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong fault-finding skills and ability to diagnose electrical/mechanical issues.
• Qualified electrician with hands-on maintenance and repairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ELV and LV electrical work and basic electronics repairs.
• Fault find and diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs safely and promptly.
• Maintain equipment and facility presentation and functionality.
• Collaborate with contractors and coworkers while delivering good service.
