Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in South East Queensland is seeking an experienced electrician to provide in-house technical oversight across completed electrical work, estimating, invoicing and QA. This office-based role moves away from fieldwork while leveraging deep electrical knowledge.

The successful candidate will review contractor work, prepare estimates and invoices, write detailed reports for insurance repairs and support electricians on site with technical guidance and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience in the electrical trades.
• Ability to review completed works, scopes, estimates and technical reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical work completed by others for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare estimates and invoices for completed and upcoming electrical works.
• Write detailed electrical reports for insurance repair work.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to electricians on site.
• Liaise with insurance builders and internal teams on technical matters.
• Complete site safety audits to ensure required safety processes are followed.
• Review job profit and loss information to ensure underlying data is accurate.
