Water Corporation in Western Australia seeks an experienced Electrical Technical Advisor to ensure the reliability of electrical assets, lead maintenance projects, and support service delivery across the North West region.

Qualifications

  • A current Electrical Worker’s Licence (Electrician) OR Electrical/Instrumental Engineer.
  • Strong experience in SCADA, electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Proven expertise in maintaining and operating infrastructure assets.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on the performance and reliability of electrical assets.
  • Identify potential faults early and recommend smart, cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to prevent future failures.
  • Act as a technical specialist for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
  • Support operational planning and guide service delivery teams.
  • Travel across the North West region (with allowances provided).
