Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our project team on a major renewable energy construction site in NSW. You will lead electrical crews, ensure compliance with Australian standards, and support commissioning.

Based on site with a 9/5 roster (DIDO), accommodation and allowances are provided. We value safety, quality and timely delivery, and expect strong leadership and collaboration with PMs, engineers and HSE.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and NSW electrical licence.
• Experience as a Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of HV/LV systems and grid connections.
• Ability to lead diverse site teams and manage safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to electrical crews, subcontractors and site personnel
• Oversee installation of DC, AC and HV electrical systems, including PV arrays, inverters, switchgear, transformers and grid-connection infrastructure
• Coordinate work sequencing, allocation and progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Australian Standards, network requirements, WHS legislation and project specifications
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and maintain detailed documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and HSE teams to manage risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure strict adherence to site safety
• Support commissioning activities and facilitate handover to the operations team
