Job summary

Resource Services Group (RSGx) is seeking Electrical Supervisors for Western Australia, supporting greenfield construction and large-scale infrastructure projects including the Perdaman Project. The role emphasizes coordinating cable pulling, safety, and collaboration across Construction, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE and PM teams.

Applicants should hold WA A-Grade Electrical license, WHS Card, and an EWP WP licence, with a valid driver’s licence and Heights training.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating crews of 20-30+ personnel.
• WA A-Grade Electrical license is required.
• High Risk Work Licence – EWP (WP class) with at least six months remaining.
• Construction White Card and valid driver's licence.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and cable schedules.
• Strong safety, quality and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Experience coordinating crews of approximately 20-30+ personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes. Read and interpret electrical drawings and cable schedules.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality. Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate closely with Construction, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE and Project Management teams.
• Previous experience working on major Australian construction or resources projects is highly regarded.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a number of experienced Electrical Supervisors to support a variety of scopes of works ranging from E&I scopes, commissioning scopes, electrical cable installation activities and construction scopes on the Perdaman Project in Western Australia.

The successful Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating daily cable pulling activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements, specifications and schedules.

Daily Duties

• Experience coordinating crews of approximately 20-30+ personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and cable schedules.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality. Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate closely with Construction, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE and Project Management teams.
• Previous experience working on major Australian construction or resources projects is highly regarded.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an Electrical Supervisor on a greenfield construction project or large-scale infrastructure project
• Western Australian A Grade Electrical license
• Valid driver's licence.
• Working at Heights.
• High Risk Work Licence - EWP (WP class), with at least six months remaining before expiry.
• Construction White Card.
