Job summary

Terra Verde in Melbourne's eastern suburbs is seeking a Site Engineer (Electrical) to join the construction team. Reporting to the Project Engineer (Electrical), you will gain hands‑on experience and contribute to delivering a high‑profile infrastructure project.

You will develop daily cost reporting, provide on‑site engineering support, monitor requirements, implement risk controls, and drive safety, environmental and quality assessments to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant safety, construction and industry certifications and tickets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent collaboration and teamworking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily cost reporting.
• Provide on-site engineering support to meet project objectives.
• Monitor construction requirements and take corrective action to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Implement and communicate risk controls for project delivery.
• Conduct safety, environmental, and quality assessments to ensure acceptable standards.
• Report on project performance, compliance, and defects/non-conformance.
• Manage teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Knowledge of tunnel underground construction practices.
