Job summary

Industrie Group, a Sydney-based electrical contractor, is seeking a capable all-rounder to join our team as Project Coordinator. This hands-on, office-based role partners with the director to run daily live projects, manage communications, ordering, reporting and documentation, and support our estimating and tendering process.

You'll coordinate RFIs, variations, site instructions, manage labour, deliveries and milestones, and maintain systems using Simpro.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade background or 2+ years coordinating electrical/construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Strong written communication to draft professional emails.
• Highly organised with multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proactive and reliable with task ownership.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination and administration: manage emails, RFIs, variations and site instructions.
• Procurement and ordering: raise material orders, compare quotes, track deliveries.
• Estimating and tendering support: assist with take-offs and BOQs.
• Reporting and systems: weekly progress reports and maintain records in Simpro.
