Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team of electrical educators.
• Build and maintain partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and the broader electrical trade in Melbourne’s North.
• Ensure high-quality program delivery and compliance with VET requirements.
• Support workforce planning, teacher allocation, and class scheduling.
• Monitor student outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to teaching activities when required.
• Identify growth opportunities and support future program expansion.
