Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Critical Operations Supervisor – Electrical in Melbourne to lead day-to-day electrical operations across data centre sites. You will oversee switching, maintenance planning, and safety compliance while coordinating on-call incident responses and ensuring 100% uptime.

The role requires an A-Grade Electrical Licence (Australia) and extensive data centre experience, with a focus on safety, reliability and customer-facing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A-Grade Electrical Licence (Australia) is required.
• Extensive experience in data centres or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold STACK’s 100% uptime objective by providing disciplined operational leadership and oversight of site electrical systems and associated work controls.
• Coordinate major electrical activities, including planned shutdowns, incident response and programmed maintenance.
• Provide technical direction during planned maintenance, shutdowns, functional testing and energisations to ensure safe execution.
• Act as incident manager for electrical incidents when required, including during on-call periods.
