Qualifications

• A Grade Electrical Licence is essential.
• Strong industrial electrical experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Exposure to automated systems, PLCs and control systems.
• Self-starter who identifies issues before they become problems.
• Team-oriented, accountable and value-driven.
• Strong communicator working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability outcomes in a highly automated production environment.
• Execute and enhance preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control faults with urgency and precision.
• Collaborate with mechanical trades and production teams to maximise uptime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to lift performance, safety and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Drive reliability outcomes across a highly automated production environment
• Execute and enhance preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system faults with urgency and precision
• Partner with mechanical trades and production teams to maximise plant uptime
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that lift performance, safety and efficiency
• Take ownership of your work and actively support team KPIs

About You:

• Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
• Strong industrial electrical experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Exposure to automated systems, PLCs and control systems (food manufacturing advantageous)
• A self-starter who identifies issues before they become problems
• Team-oriented, accountable, and driven to add value
• Strong communicator who works collaboratively across cross functional teams
