Job summary

UGL is seeking a hands-on Technician at RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA. You will diagnose, service, repair and maintain fuel storage and transfer systems, supported to obtain EEHA qualification, enabling corrosion and hazardous area capabilities.

The role offers a stable 38-hour week in a blue-collar setting with early Friday finishes. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll work to develop specialised electrical skills, with options for travel 3–4 days monthly to remote sites, and overtime

Qualifications

• Fixed plant maintenance experience, especially fuel services or Oil & Gas.
• EEHA certification and A-grade electrical licence.
• Confined space and working at heights tickets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair and maintain critical assets and equipment such as fuel storage and fuel transfer systems.
• Work under the Maintenance Supervisor in a structured environment.
• Travel to remote sites up to 3–4 days per month for extended maintenance and overtime opportunities.

Education

A-grade electrical licence

EEHA certified

Confined space and working at heights tickets (preferred)
