Job summary

Qest Human Resources is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales person for an Adelaide-based electrical wholesaler. The role supports sales, handles customer enquiries, and maintains stock and showroom standards.

You will work closely with the team and report to the Branch Manager in the Northern suburbs of South Australia. Responsibilities include product knowledge, order processing, inventory control, showroom merchandising, and maintaining quality systems and WH&S practices.

Qualifications

• Record customer information and compile orders accurately for collection/delivery.
• Identify solutions to customer needs.
• Sales driven with a strong customer service focus.
• Excellent merchandising standards.
• Very good computer literacy.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Stock control ensuring goods are received and stocked same day.
• Team player with a collaborative approach and initiative.
• Ability to cold call.

Responsibilities
