Responsibilities

Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to deliver outcomes safely and efficiently.
Coordinate daily field activities and allocate resources for schedules.
Monitor site safety and WHS compliance.
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety inspections.
Manage quality to meet project specifications.
Liaise with clients, authorities and suppliers during delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site issues.
Support planning, reporting and progress tracking.
