Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support, maintenance and repair for a Dubbo-based client. The role is site-based and requires residence in or relocation to the Dubbo area.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, install and commission systems, document work, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and safe work practices. Australian electrical license preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service or related technical experience.
• Australian electrical license holder or equivalent credential.
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, maintenance and repair for client equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with systems and machinery.
• Install, commission and test new equipment according to specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities and reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and ensure safety and compliance.
