Job summary

Genus Infrastructure's Proton Power division in Western Australia is seeking qualified Electrical Engineering Technicians. Reporting to the Electrical Services Manager, you will write test plans, conduct QA, and perform QC inspections across foundation and lines construction.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least three years in engineering or project management, with strong attention to detail, time management, and a valid C-class driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering or Project Management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Valid Driver's Licence - "C" Class.
• OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
• Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Writing test plans and creating test cases for the product.
• Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests using the new testing procedures.
• QA/QC inspections of foundation and lines construction.
• Establish field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Interpret and comprehend the client's scope of work and technical specifications.
