Job summary

Service Stream invites applications for an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our 2027 Ignite Graduate Program within the Utilities division, focusing on Energy Projects across New South Wales. The two-year program offers rotations, networking, professional memberships, and structured development, with travel including remote sites.

O-Week starts February 2027 at our Melbourne head office, with remuneration reviews every six months and the potential for a permanent role upon completion.

Qualifications

• Must have completed, or be about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years.
• Available to work full-time for the 2-year program from February 2027.
• Hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across different areas of electrical engineering within Energy Projects NSW.
• Travel to remote sites including drive-in/drive-out and fly-in/fly-out assignments.
• Be part of the Utilities team supporting Power, Gas and Industrial sectors across NSW.
