Job summary

Hatch is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver multidisciplinary projects across asset lifecycles in mining, energy and infrastructure. You will develop designs, studies and technical documentation and lead detailed engineering for procurement and construction.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience, with exposure to SKM PTW, ETAP or PowerCAD. You will work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with professional background in heavy industry projects.
• Experience delivering discipline-specific designs, calculations and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop discipline-specific designs, calculations, studies and technical documentation across concept, feasibility, and detailed design stages.
• Lead detailed engineering for procurement, supply, and construction activities.
• Support development of capital cost estimates and project schedules.
• Provide discipline leadership within multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver integrated engineering outcomes.
• Participate in formal technical reviews and assurance processes.
• Offer on-site technical support during construction, commissioning, and early operations.
